Braxare’s retention period of personal data
Braxare does not store your personal data longer than strictly necessary to achieve the goals for which your personal data are being collected. For all categories mentioned above the legal retention period of 7 years as decreed by the tax administration is applied.

Braxare does not sell your personal data to third parties and only shares them when this is necessary for carrying out an agreement with you, or when we have to comply with a legal obligation. We conclude data processing agreements with companies who process your personal data on our behalf, to make sure that the same standards of security and confidentiality are guaranteed. In this event, Braxare remains responsible for processing.

To make sure that the request was filed by you, we ask you to send us a copy of your identity card along with the request. You should make sure that you have blackened all areas containing sensitive information such as your passport photograph, machine readable zone (MRZ, the line of numbers on the bottom of your passport), and the Citizen Service Number (CSN). This is necessary in order to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks. Security of personal details at Braxare
Braxare takes the security of your personal data seriously and has taken appropriate measures so as to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorised access, improper disclosure, and unauthorised alteration. Therefore, the personal data are stored on an external storage medium and not on a company computer limiting risks to a minimum.
